My Fitness Tips


Today I wanted share my exercise tips with you because lots of people prefer to work out and exercise in summer rather than winter, because it’s warmer and because some people want a ‘summer body’. 

DISCLAIMER: I am not a fitness guru or a fitness trainer etc. This are just my tips and ways of working out that work for me. My tips may not be that helpful to you but these are the things that I like to do and they are the things that fit into my life and work for me.

  1. Running…
I prefer to run in the morning as I feel this wakes me up for the day. I run cross country rather than sprinting as I’m much better at long distance running and I feel it does more to my body. If I go for a run, my usual distance is 5k without stopping because if you walk or stop while on a run, it’s so much harder to get going again so I just do it all at once and feel very well afterwards and very pleased with myself.

2. Working out…
If I’m at school I prefer to work out at night because I don’t have time in the morning. At around 8pm I grab a workout mat, put it on the floor and I pick an app of my iPad to work out from. I usually do three separate workouts which are ‘Belly Fat Workout’, ‘Butt Workout’ and ‘Cardio Workout’. I like to do all of these in one night as I feel much better after I’ve done all three rather than just doing one. These are just apps that I got off the app store for free.

3. Balance your time…
I like to know when I’m exercising. I always plan in my mind what time I am going to exercise and how long for, this way, I know how long I can spend on other things and what I can fit in during my day. This then links into..

4. Spending the right amount of time of exercise…
I know, that if I go exercise crazy I will get fed up super soon and not exercise for ages. I manage the time I have with exercise then I’m happy and  I keep getting fit.
